FLEX First specializes in the consolidation of White Page Telephone Company bills. Our dedication to excellence has revolutionized the billing process through the use of highly effective and advanced software solutions.
Step 1: Letter of Authorization (LOA)
Provide FLEX First with a Letter Of Authorization (LOA) that will allow FLEX First to act on your behalf to work with the Telephone Companies on billing matters.
Step 2: Re-Route Bills
FLEX First will work with the Telephone Companies to change the billing address from your company to FLEX First.
Step 3: Develop Database
FLEX First will develop the database for the White Page (WP) Directory Listings by acquiring the customer account records from the Telephone Companies.
Step 4: Consolidated Invoice
The Client will receive a monthly consolidated invoice. Detailed listing reports are available upon request.
